• BeDental commits to warranting products (orthodontic trays, braces, implant posts, and porcelain teeth) and services for a period of 1 year to 10 years after the customer uses the service or product. For some special cosmetic and restorative services, the warranty period can be up to a lifetime.

Warranty conditions

• BeDental only commits to product and service warranties in cases where customers use them correctly and according to the doctor’s instructions, and do not arbitrarily change or repair that product or service.
• BeDental only commits to a warranty when the customer still holds a valid warranty contract/warranty card that is within the genuine warranty period.

Service warranty: BeDental commits to a comprehensive warranty for the services customers have experienced.

• Orthodontic services: Warranty from 5 years – 20 years – lifetime
• Implant placement services: Lifetime warranty
• Porcelain tooth crown services: Warranty from 20 years – lifetime

Material warranty: BeDental commits to warranting the materials used in dental services.

• BeDental will warrant materials according to the time provided by the manufacturer.
• During the warranty period, if the material is damaged, BeDental commits to a 1-to-1 replacement or free repair.

Warranty scope
