2. Lighting system

  • Use white light lamps, ensuring accurate color reflection and no shadows during examination and treatment. Minimize glare or discomfort for patients.
  • LED lighting system with a minimum illuminance area of 800 LUX.

3. Ventilation and air conditioning system

  • Ventilation at least 6 times/hour, ensuring continuous air exchange, limiting bacteria accumulation, and reducing air pollution risk.
  • Equipped with an air filtration system, with filters replaced periodically to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Temperature maintained stable at 22 – 24°C.
  • Average humidity 50 – 60%.

4. Firefighting and prevention system

  • Equipped with an automatic fire alarm system including heat, smoke, light, and sound sensors.
  • Installed automatic sprinkler system upon fire detection.
  • Fire extinguishers arranged in easily accessible locations.
  • Ensure sufficient emergency exits with lighting and guidance signs.

Functional room standards

General examination room

  • Minimum area of 32m² (4m x 8m), with each dental chair ensuring at least 5m² of operating space.
  • Equipped with high-end dental chairs, drilling systems, sandblasting machines, and instruments sterilized after each use. Single-use tools are completely replaced.

X-ray room

  • Equipped with protective devices to minimize X-ray impact on patients and staff.
  • Technicians hold professional certificates and are well-trained.
  • Apply periodic equipment inspection processes, image quality control, and proper waste disposal according to regulations.
  • Monitored and inspected periodically.

Sterilization room

  • Equipped with ventilation, lighting, temperature, and humidity control systems.
  • Use high-quality imported sterilizers, washers, and storage equipment.
  • Instruments after sterilization are packaged according to standard procedures to avoid re-contamination.

Waiting room

  • Capacity up to 30 people.
