BeDental has a dedicated team of assistants and technicians for each service, ensuring that every dentist performing a procedure is supported by 2 assistants and 1 technician. Specifically:

• Assistants: Support dentists in handling all issues during patient care, assist in receiving patients, and resolve issues related to clinical dentistry.
• Technicians: Perform the fabrication of dentures, porcelain teeth, bridges, and braces to help improve the appearance, communication, and chewing ability of patients. Technicians use materials such as gold, porcelain, and resin to design and craft devices tailored to patient needs.

The number of full-time assistants at the clinic is 10 people, with 70% holding international certifications.

The number of full-time technicians at the clinic is 5 – 7 people, with 50% having more than 3 years of internship experience at professional laboratories.

Dental assistants at BeDental have graduated from formal training programs at prestigious Medical Universities specializing in Odonto-Stomatology. Additionally, dental assistants participate in examinations administered by the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB), hold the title of Certified Dental Assistant, and are granted certifications by the GDC (General Dental Council), achieving national entry-level dental assistant certification.

Technicians achieve certification from the National Board for Certification in Dental Laboratory Technology in 6 specialized areas:

• Complete dentures

Assistant positions at BeDental always meet the following standards:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting dentists.
• Experience working with resident dentists, supporting dental procedure processing.

• Willingness to support work during required shifts: Morning, afternoon, and days off.

Technician positions at BeDental always meet the following standards:

• 1 – 3 years of specialized technician training.
• Minimum of 2 years of internship at professional laboratories.
