- Step 1: Ask for a serial number to register for medical examination and treatment.
- Step 2: When your turn ends, go to the waiting counter, bring your Health Insurance card and identification documents with photo, hospital discharge record or follow-up appointment (if any). For cases of over-the-line or off-line examination, if you wish to have medical examination and treatment upon request, you must advance the medicine fee. Then receive the medical examination book and serial number at the treatment room.

- Step 4: If you are assigned to inpatient treatment, after receiving the test order form from the doctor, you must go to the place where the test sample is taken, return the test result form and wait for the end of your turn.

- Step 6: When the illness is gone, continue to go to the hospital and get results according to the treatment regimen or prescription from the doctor.
- Step 7: Then return to the check-in place to pay hospital fees. In case of having health insurance, payment invoice must be sent to the check-in counter.
- Step 8: After payment, go to the pharmacy counter to prescribe and pick up the medicine. Then receive the prescription, medicine and sign for it.
